Requirements

The ideal candidate should possess at least six years of experience leading a similar marketing area, preferably in a B2B SaaS or tech company, and hold a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. They should have previous experience using Salesforce and marketing automation tools, along with a tech and math mindset, and hands-on experience managing and optimizing Paid Social, SEM, SEO, and Affiliates.

Responsibilities

This Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a consistent marketing strategy in alignment with Sales, effectively investing VTEX’s budget to attract qualified leads and increase brand awareness, driving lead generation campaigns to meet targets, analyzing marketing funnel effectiveness, and creating structured reports for internal stakeholders. They will also help define the Account-Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, own and execute the events calendar and strategy, and create copy for campaign materials across multiple digital channels, while demonstrating curiosity and a willingness to experiment with new tactics and channels.
