Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in Product Marketing within B2B SaaS companies, specifically in startup or growth-stage environments. Demonstrated success in launching products, developing positioning, and enabling go-to-market teams in high-growth settings is essential. Exceptional storytelling skills, including a strong narrative sense, excellent copywriting, and a keen eye for visual messaging, are required. The role also demands systems-level thinking to connect customer needs, product value, and market signals into a clear point of view, as well as operational acumen for managing go-to-market cadences, running cross-functional meetings, and owning key deliverables. Candidates must be based in the United Kingdom, Portugal, or within the Eastern Time Zone in the United States.

Responsibilities

The Staff Product Marketing Manager will define and evolve positioning and messaging for core products, personas, and campaigns to ensure Maze stands out in its market category. This role involves driving product launches from strategy through execution, encompassing naming, narrative, packaging, and enablement. Responsibilities include translating market and customer insights into clear, differentiated messaging that influences buyers, influencers, and industry analysts. The position requires partnering cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations to close feedback loops and align teams around go-to-market priorities. Additionally, the manager will collaborate with leadership and BizOps to refine the ideal customer profile, market segmentation, and buyer personas for enterprise expansion. Owning go-to-market planning and rhythm, ensuring coordination between product roadmaps and customer-facing teams, and experimenting with AI tools to streamline content workflows, speed up ideation, and scale strategic outputs are also key duties.
