Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations Management, or a related field, and have at least 12 years of experience in supply chain leadership with demonstrated success in managing end-to-end supply chain operations, along with strong experience in global supplier management, particularly with UK and/or EU operational exposure, and proficiency with ERP, WMS, and supply chain planning tools.

Responsibilities

The Head of Supply Chain will lead the setup, implementation, and ongoing operations of UK/EU-based distribution centres (DCs) and warehousing solutions, define and execute regional supply chain strategies aligning with global goals, partner cross-functionally with global teams on forecasts and promotions, develop planning models to minimize stockouts and improve cash flow, oversee purchasing and replenishment cycles, build and manage mid- to last-mile logistics, implement a customer-centric returns process, track and analyze returns trends, foster relationships with global suppliers, support onboarding and compliance, and negotiate commercial terms.
