Requirements

Candidates should have 7+ years of experience in marketing research, consumer insights, or related fields, with expertise across multiple research methodologies including advanced quantitative techniques, qualitative approaches, and mixed-methods research. Proven experience designing and managing longitudinal studies, brand trackers, and other complex research programs is required. Skills in rapid research execution, strategic thinking, and influential communication to senior executives are essential, along with experience in fast-paced technology environments. Experience researching emerging technologies, AI, or complex technical products, and expertise in advanced analytics, statistical modeling, or data science techniques are strong advantages.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Insights Research Manager will define and execute a comprehensive marketing research roadmap, design and manage longitudinal studies and brand tracking programs, and establish rapid-response research capabilities. They will lead both quantitative and qualitative research initiatives, partner with business leaders to translate challenges into research questions, and manage external research vendors. Responsibilities also include presenting strategic insights to executives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and staying ahead of industry trends and emerging research methodologies.
