Requirements

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent field, with at least 2 years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related role. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, and data modeling is required, along with strong strategic thinking, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities. Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment is essential, and B2B and/or SaaS experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

The Marketing Insights Analyst will take an active role in developing advanced data solutions for measuring marketing initiatives. They will develop and produce strategic and operational reports to visualize marketing performance, analyze data to identify trends and provide recommendations for increasing marketing ROI, and improve the visibility of marketing efforts to support strategic planning. This role involves interpreting data findings, recognizing opportunities, informing decision-making, and collaborating with cross-functional teams like Marketing, Data, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.
