Position Overview

Procore is seeking a Marketing Insights Analyst to join the Revenue Insights team. This role is crucial for developing strategic and operational reports, analyzing marketing data to improve visibility, identify efficiencies, and support strategic planning. The analyst will collaborate with Marketing, Data, Revenue Operations, and other teams to deliver data-driven insights and develop effective data solutions. This position reports to the Manager of Marketing Insights.


Responsibilities

  • Take an active role in developing advanced data solutions for efficient measurement of marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and produce strategic and operational reports that visualize marketing performance.
  • Analyze data to prepare and extract valuable insights, identify trends, and recommend strategies for increasing return on marketing program and campaign investment.
  • Improve the visibility of marketing efforts and support strategic planning by interpreting data findings, recognizing opportunities, and informing decision-making.
  • Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Data, Sales, Customer Success, Operations) to integrate data-driven insights into business strategies.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Data Science, or an equivalent field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing analytics, data analytics, or a related role.
  • Advanced knowledge of:
    • SQL
    • Tableau
    • Excel
    • Data modeling
  • Ability to think strategically and contribute actionable insights for marketing strategy and decision-making.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and a solution-oriented mindset.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex data findings clearly.
  • Proven experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
  • Experience in B2B and/or SaaS is preferred.
