Candidates should have 3+ years of experience in a highly analytical role within Finance, Consulting, Investment Banking, or a related field, a strong understanding of GAAP accounting and key non-GAAP metrics, and experience supporting a public company is a plus. Familiarity with key SaaS metrics like ARR, churn, LTV, and CAC, and experience in high-growth SaaS or technology companies is highly desirable. Proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Snowflake, and Pigment is a plus.
The Lead Financial Analyst will lead financial processes including variance analysis, reporting, and forecasting, provide guidance to marketing business partners to strengthen overall financial capabilities, support monthly, quarterly, and annual planning processes, partner with Marketing leadership to create a financial forecast and prepare review materials for executives, analyze current and past trends in marketing financial & operational data, create, maintain, and review complex financial models in Excel/Google Sheets as well as Pigment, build, maintain, and assist with delivering management reporting, conduct ad-hoc financial analysis and scenario planning to address evolving business needs, evaluate new marketing initiatives, and support strategic discussions, and identify, prioritize, and implement process improvements and automation.
