Candidates should possess 5+ years of experience in Sales or Revenue Operations, preferably at a high-growth startup (Series A-C+), and at least 3 years of experience leading teams or mentoring junior operations talent. They must have deep knowledge of Hubspot, including Professional+ level experience in Sales, Service, Marketing, and Ops Hub, AI Agents, Helpdesk, Workspaces, and Integrations, along with multiple advanced Hubspot certifications (Sales, Marketing, RevOps). Furthermore, candidates should demonstrate success in owning CRM architecture and operational processes, and possess advanced skills in workflow design, AI agents and tools, automation, troubleshooting, and CRM governance.
The Manager of Revenue Operations will own internal operations systems in HubSpot, building, optimizing, and maintaining workflows, automation, and reporting across internal operations teams. They will lead and mentor sales operations team members, fostering a culture of execution and collaboration, and lead high-impact initiatives from concept to execution. This role also involves process improvement, continuous evaluation and enhancement of sales processes, change management for new tools and workflows, collaboration with internal leaders to build scalable systems, design and delivery of reporting, and driving cross-functional projects to improve service delivery and performance tracking.
