Requirements

Candidates must be results-driven sales leaders with a passion for selling complex, multi-persona solutions within the Life Sciences industry. A demonstrated history of selling complex, enterprise-class deals from initial lands through to ELAs and experience building and leading high-performing sales teams are essential. Experience in cross-functional and cross-enterprise collaboration, managing day-to-day team activities, and building accurate forecasts with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets is required. The role demands extreme self-discipline and determination.

Responsibilities

The Head of Sales will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to drive revenue growth and meet annual sales targets for the Americas. This includes identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, expanding the customer base across the biopharma value chain, and staying current on industry trends to position TetraScience as a thought leader. Responsibilities also involve collaborating with marketing and product teams on go-to-market strategies, delivering compelling presentations to diverse audiences, and leveraging cross-functional teams to navigate complex sales cycles. The role requires acting as a player-coach, closing deals personally while directing and coaching the sales team.
