Requirements

The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of Sales Development management experience, preferably in a SaaS environment, and experience managing either an SDR/BDR team or a renewals team. They should be a data-driven and process-oriented individual, an inspirational leader confident in managing early-career professionals, and possess a strong curiosity and interest in learning different aspects of the business.

Responsibilities

The Manager, Sales Development will lead the Sales Development team (XDRs) to efficiently source high-quality pipelines for sellers and develop talent for future sales roles. Key responsibilities include optimizing inbound and outbound processes to maximize efficiency and conversions, working closely with Marketing and Sales Managers to accelerate pipeline, and optimizing the renewals process including identifying upsell opportunities and managing common objections. The role also involves evangelizing new product offerings like AI Avatars, leveraging AI tools for team scale, and mentoring direct reports for career progression.
