Candidates must possess 3-5 years of professional experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related field. Required skills include strong analytical abilities, hands-on CRM system experience, a proven track record of optimizing processes and cross-functional workflows, comfort in a fast-paced environment with adaptability and a sense of urgency, and the ability to present to and communicate with diverse, cross-functional teams. Candidates should also demonstrate creative problem-solving skills with limited input, a hands-on approach when necessary, experience supporting strategic initiatives, forecasting, and KPI/metrics tracking, and deep GTM business acumen with an understanding of the customer journey and operational interdependencies.
The Manager, Revenue Operations & Enablement will support the VP, Revenue Operations & Enablement in GTM strategy, recruitment, onboarding, development, and commercial performance. This role involves developing and implementing efficient sales processes and workflows, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives. Responsibilities also include assisting with sales forecasting and performance reporting, managing CRM systems and sales tech stack, leading the adoption of new sales technologies, managing sales compensation plans, owning sales data and reporting including pipeline management and KPI monitoring, overseeing sales territories and account assignments, supporting the QBR process, and creating/implementing pricing and discounting strategies. Additionally, the role entails managing the creation and organization of sales enablement materials, including rep collateral, training, coaching, and sales process playbooks.
