Candidates must have 2-4 years of experience in sourcing and deployment, with a strong understanding of employee skill sets and experience required for effective execution across clients, industries, and channels. The role requires the ability to recommend and implement new strategies, innovate, and develop solutions in collaboration with the Operations team. Preference will be given to candidates located in PST.
The Manager of Resource Management will manage staffing logistics for clients, ensuring efficient and cost-effective fulfillment of staffing requests. This includes maintaining current staffing plans, roles, and rates, initiating external hiring solutions when necessary with appropriate approvals, and assisting in staffing recommendations and forecast discussions. The role involves maintaining accurate utilization analysis and reporting, serving as a liaison with 3rd party talent and resource vendors, managing resource assignments and extensions, and reviewing bandwidth across the company to ensure maximum utilization. Responsibilities also include tracking and analyzing supply and demand data, identifying trends, and providing recommendations to leadership. The manager will build internal relationships, partner with multiple departments to identify and implement process improvements within resource management, and contribute to the development of proprietary resource management systems.
