Requirements

5+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager
3+ years working with infrastructure teams, with solid understanding of project and program management challenges in this space
Proficiency with Github & Grafana, ability to read Terraform, and comfort onboarding into new technologies
Practical experience with full lifecycle management of compute resources (GPUs, CPUs, VMs etc.), hands-on or as TPM
Blend of experience at the intersection of software, hardware, and machine learning, particularly GPUs for ML training and inference
Hands-on experience coordinating large-scale, company-wide programs in deeply technical spaces
Experience in highly dynamic, fast-paced environments, balancing speed and structure
(Bonus) Experience managing projects/programs related to serving and efficiency of LLMs
(Bonus) Past experience in a technical role (e.g., infrastructure engineer, software engineer, machine learning engineer)
Based on East Coast or within an hour of GMT

Responsibilities

Coordinate with internal and external teams (cloud providers, GPU manufacturers etc.) to manage full lifecycle of compute resources, emphasizing GPUs
Lead end-to-end programs in infrastructure from planning and execution to cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management
Collaborate with technical and non-technical teams to set, track, and manage timelines, deliverables, budgets, scope etc
Manage overlapping projects and programs, ruthlessly prioritizing to meet company’s top priorities
Work with leadership to anticipate and plan capacity needs, turning them into practical execution plans for allocation, tracking, and management
Deliver clear, timely, consistent updates across engineering, leadership, and non-technical teams on monthly container releases and wider model launches
