Requirements

Candidates must be self-directed, highly motivated, and experienced leaders with significant experience building and maintaining professional relationships and communicating with people at all organizational levels. Responsibilities

The Manager, Professional Services will manage the business responsible for a combination of services provided by various groups at SailPoint to offer white glove service to customers. This includes overseeing onboarding, education, implementation, maintenance, support, and community activities, managing team deliverables and metrics, taking accountability for client experience on projects, developing relationships with peers, managing program metrics, internal team management, escalation support, and overall service delivery for their portfolio. The role also involves overseeing the full scope of customer success portfolio engagements, acting as a trusted advisor, and ensuring the professional growth of team members.
