Requirements

Candidates must have excellent written French and fluent English (C1 level). Spanish language proficiency (B2 level) is a strong asset. Strong writing skills with the ability to simplify complex topics clearly and pedagogically are essential. Proficiency with content creation tools such as office suites, e-learning tools, and simple video editors (Video Editor, Canva, etc.) is required. A curiosity for technological products (SaaS/B2B) and a focus on user experience are necessary. The ability to structure information, organize deliverables, and manage timelines is crucial. A keen interest in automation, digital tools, and AI innovations like generative AI is important, along with collaborative skills and good inter-team communication.

Responsibilities

The Manager Product Knowledge will structure, improve, and innovate processes related to product training, documentation, and software translation. Key responsibilities include creating educational and product value content such as training materials, tutorials, user guides, and explainer videos for internal audiences and clients. This role involves managing quality standards, conducting technology watch (especially AI and automation), and driving continuous process improvement. Specific duties include leading and producing educational content in collaboration with Product, CSM, and Marketing teams, managing and piloting digital training programs for clients and internal staff, optimizing product documentation production with a focus on quality and continuous updates, supporting translation and localization processes, ensuring compliance and certification of training and documentation processes (Qualiopi, OPCO...), and proposing/integrating solutions, particularly AI, to automate internal processes for documentation, translation, and content.
