Candidates must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or a related discipline, with over 5 years of experience in data analysis, data science, or analytics. A minimum of 5 years of experience manipulating data in Excel/Google Sheets and writing complex SQL queries with a strong understanding of databases and ETL processes is required. Additionally, 3 years of experience supporting non-technical teams, including report, presentation, and messaging preparation, is necessary. Experience in running meetings and presenting analytics to technical and non-technical audiences, as well as preparing queries and report templates for dashboard and visualization creation in PowerBI or equivalent tools, is preferred. The candidate must be comfortable with ambiguity, able to pivot quickly, own project lifecycles, and travel 10% or less. Experience with healthcare data, operational measurement, Medicare, Medicaid, Commercial offerings, or call center operations is preferred.
The Manager, Network Operations Analytics will directly support network operations teams by providing insights into retrospective and prospective performance, summarizing analytical findings, and developing implementation plans. They will convey analytical findings through compelling, executive-ready presentations and lead presentations to various levels of management. Responsibilities include writing complex SQL codes for data extraction and predictive modeling, using historical and concurrent data to provide insights into operational improvements, and developing ad hoc analysis, dashboards, and visualizations. The role involves evaluating performance, modifying existing models for accuracy, applying statistical analysis for operational process enhancements, and leading development with enablement teams to automate dashboards. Assistance to other departments will also be required.
