Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and over 5 years of data analysis experience, or a Master's degree and over 3 years of data analysis experience. A minimum of 2 years of advanced experience developing complex SQL queries and 1 year of experience with healthcare-related data such as provider or insurance information is required. Advanced knowledge of Excel, including pivot tables and Vlookups, and advanced experience working with large, complex datasets within major organizations are also necessary. Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship is mandatory.

Responsibilities

The Senior Business Intelligence Data Analyst will support the expansion of value-based programs by working with providers and assisting in the development, implementation, and valuation of new and existing programs. This role involves utilizing complex SQL and Azure Synapse Analytics for process improvement and managing value-based relationships. Responsibilities include conducting research, producing monthly activity reports with data reconciliation and program insights, and completing ad hoc requests using analytical tools. The analyst will also provide support for payments to value-based specialists and aid in evaluating new program opportunities.
