Requirements

The Senior Provider Network Manager will lead the strategic execution and continuous evolution of Maven’s provider network (W2 and 1099), driving clinical quality programs, managing provider performance, ensuring provider engagement, and fostering strong relationships across the organization to optimize network effectiveness and deliver high-value care. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of clinical quality management principles and experience in developing and implementing provider performance management frameworks.

Responsibilities

This role involves driving the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of clinical quality programs such as clinical case reviews and prescription monitoring programs, partnering with clinical leaders to standardize best practices, developing and maintaining a centralized repository for provider-facing clinical materials, strategically owning and evolving a provider engagement strategy, co-developing and operationalizing provider performance management frameworks, addressing performance concerns and resolving member complaints, leveraging dashboards and performance metrics to identify trends, and creating consistent communication channels for providers.
