Requirements

Candidates should possess a BS/MS in Analytics, Data Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent industry experience, with at least 3 years of proven experience as a data/decision scientist or AI/ML engineer. Strong proficiency in Python and its core AI/ML/OR packages, along with robust SQL and data processing skills, is essential. Experience developing data models, familiarity with dbt, building predictive, simulation, or optimization models, and exposure to data visualization tools like Sigma or Tableau are required. Additionally, candidates should have exposure to cloud infrastructure platforms and deployment patterns, and the ability to communicate effectively with business partners to drive solutions for complex problems.

Responsibilities

The Senior Data Scientist will explore and analyze data, create data models, and utilize advanced analytical and modeling techniques to build and deploy predictive and prescriptive tools that drive critical business decisions. Responsibilities include understanding and enhancing existing data science projects, deploying improved SQL data models and Python science models, and developing new data science projects from inception, including roadmap creation with stakeholders and proposing science methodology and architecture.
