Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 12 years of progressive experience in operational and strategic roles within health plans or provider organizations. At least 4 years of experience with network management, credentialing, and enrollment processes and platforms is required. A Master's degree in a related field and 8+ years in clinical back office or payer operations functions, along with 2+ years of management experience, are preferred. Proven ability to create, maintain, and enhance relationships and communicate effectively with senior management, both internally and externally, is essential.

Responsibilities

The Director of Network Operations will lead and scale operational excellence for Aledade Complete, focusing on network contracting, provider credentialing, and health plan enrollment. This role involves building and optimizing processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment, and delivering operational rigor through launch and growth phases. Responsibilities include identifying and eliminating operational bottlenecks, overseeing vendor and partner relationships, managing market entry plans, validating operational requirements, monitoring contract compliance, interfacing with other teams, and developing plans and SOPs for common workflows.
