Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business, healthcare administration, public health, or a related field, with at least 3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, or performance improvement, preferably in healthcare or behavioral health. Experience working with cross-functional teams and supporting leadership with data-driven decision-making is required, along with proficiency in data visualization and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau, strong Excel and SQL skills, and knowledge of data quality assurance practices. Effective communication, reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills in English are essential, as is the ability to utilize computers, cell phones, and virtual meeting software.
The Network Data & Insights Analyst will develop and maintain reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to support strategic, clinical, and operational decision-making. They will analyze data to identify trends, generate actionable insights, and recommend improvements, while collaborating with business intelligence, clinical, and operational teams to define reporting requirements and support tool design. This role involves supporting the development and improvement of KPIs and quality measures, identifying and mitigating data quality risks, and contributing to projects that enhance clinical capabilities and operational processes. The analyst will also maintain an inventory of reporting logic, establish reporting standards, and leverage AI and advanced analytics to enhance reporting and identify deeper insights.
