Requirements

Candidates must have 5+ years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, specifically with EDI, eligibility verification, and insurance discovery operations. A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or supervisory role managing direct reports is required, along with 5+ years of experience handling HIPAA-regulated data, regulations, and policies, payer-provider data interchange, and healthcare data standards. Experience with healthcare management systems (e.g., Epic, Cerner), clearinghouses, and EDI formats/standards (X12, HL7) is also necessary. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Information Systems, Business, or a related field is required, with a Master's degree being beneficial.

Responsibilities

The Reporting and Analytics Team Lead will oversee a team of Analysts, responsible for delivering insights through data reporting and analytics. This role involves the ground-up design of new reporting systems for new products, ensuring alignment of analytics with organizational goals, and developing scalable reporting solutions. The lead will promote data-driven decision-making across departments, collaborate to support innovation, product development, and operational optimization, define team goals, monitor performance, and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Responsibilities also include overseeing the design of dashboards and reports, collaborating with IT and other teams to enhance reporting, maintaining documentation standards, guiding advanced analytics projects, and ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with data governance policies.
