The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Economics, Finance, Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related quantitative field, along with 7+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, particularly within the Media Industry, FP&A, or business analytics with a focus on forecasting and financial modeling. Advanced proficiency in SQL, Excel, and statistical tools such as Python or R is required, as is a deep understanding of marketing funnel metrics and their connection to financial outcomes.
As Manager, Marketing Analytics & Forecasting, you will develop and maintain tools to forecast order volume, revenue, and marketing-driven performance, leading financial scenario planning efforts to quantify the impact of strategy shifts on business outcomes. You will partner with Finance, Strategy, and Marketing teams to align forecasting inputs with business planning cycles, create dynamic financial models reflecting various assumptions and scenarios, analyze historical performance to identify key drivers, and present data-driven insights to senior leadership. Additionally, you will help design frameworks for long-term revenue planning and integrate marketing and business strategy.
