Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Statistics, Operations, or a related quantitative field, or have 5+ years of total analytics experience. They must have experience on financial, analytics, growth marketing, and operational teams in fast-paced environments, along with a strong understanding of financial models, marketing attribution, P&Ls, and KPIs. Mathematical/statistical knowledge and proficiency with data and forecasting software such as Excel, Google Sheets, Looker, and Anaplan are required, as well as the ability to analyze data in ambiguous environments and derive insights for value delivery.
The Senior Analyst will create and deliver demand and headcount forecasts for multiple marketing channels and service lines, supporting the balancing of member experience, financial targets, and client relationships. They will work with product and engineering teams to develop and manage data pipelines and reporting, measuring historical demand performance and operational metrics. The role involves close collaboration with product line Care & Clinical leaders to understand service lines and meet member needs, as well as partnering with the Marketing organization to model the impact of efforts across multiple channels and service lines.
