This is a hybrid position requiring reporting to one of 4 Elevance office locations at least 1-2 times per week, and residing within 50 miles of an Elevance Health PulsePoint location in Ohio.
A BA/BS degree is required, along with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in a related field, including at least 1 year of leadership/management experience.
RN, LISW, or LMHC license in the State of Ohio is strongly preferred.
The role involves hiring, training, coaching, and evaluating direct reports; overseeing program operations; collaborating with teams; mentoring staff; ensuring coverage and coordination of services; participating in workgroups; improving processes; identifying training needs; and communicating performance to leadership.
Preferred experience includes service delivery coordination, discharge planning, or behavioral health in a managed care setting; knowledge of Medicare benefits; experience with OH Waiver programs; and supporting field-based associates.
