Requirements

Candidates should have 10+ years of technology enterprise sales experience, including 2+ years of management experience, preferably in a SaaS or software company. Proven experience in B2B software sales, Human Resources, and Learning Technologies is required, along with a track record of growing a customer base and exceeding revenue targets. Excellent oral and written English communication skills, strong use of insights and data-driven decision making, and the ability to travel nationally up to 40% are also necessary.

Responsibilities

The Manager of Enterprise Account Management will drive revenue growth within existing customer accounts by leading a team of 5-8 enterprise account managers, focusing on upselling, cross-selling, and renewals. Responsibilities include hiring, coaching, and retaining top sales talent, implementing account strategies, overseeing account plans, monitoring performance, ensuring forecast accuracy, and acting as an escalation point for customer issues. The manager will also collaborate with other departments, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure effective communication and knowledge sharing.
