Excellent presentation and communication skills, the ability to travel up to 30% of the month, and strong organizational skills, including Salesforce management, are also necessary.
The Enterprise Account Executive will drive the end-to-end sales process for mid-sized employers by creating market demand and developing prospect strategies. Responsibilities include evangelizing Maven's value proposition with data, developing a sales plan, driving a pipeline through outreach and collaboration, securing meetings with HR buyers, and acting as the CEO of their territory. The role involves meeting stakeholders, positioning Maven's value based on market understanding, assessing buyers, and driving sales goals.
