Manager, ECS Business Operations
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Business Transformation Manager to lead a team focused on driving operational efficiencies, improving customer experience, and enabling revenue growth across Arrow’s ecosystem. Embedded within the Customer Experience team, this leader will serve cross-functional stakeholders—spanning operations, sales, IT, and supplier/vendor management to identify, prioritize, and implement high-impact transformation initiatives. This role blends process improvement, automation, and business analysis to enable scalable, efficient operations that enhance partner connectivity and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Transformation Strategy & Execution
- Lead a team of transformation analysts and project managers in identifying inefficiencies and implementing sustainable improvements using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies.
- Prioritize projects based on customer impact, revenue enablement, and cost optimization in alignment with enterprise goals.
- Partner cross-functionally to manage initiatives from concept to execution, including business case development, timeline oversight, and stakeholder engagement.
Customer & Partner Enablement
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to streamline and automate workflows across the customer journey—especially those tied to quoting, ordering, post-sales support, and supplier transactions.
- Advance digital connectivity with partners through B2B integration strategies (API, EDI, self-service tools).
Automation & Digital Enablement
- Identify opportunities to automate manual and repetitive tasks using RPA, integration platforms, and low-code/no-code solutions.
- Collaborate with IT and external vendors to scope requirements and support implementation of enabling technologies.
- Promote a culture of innovation by piloting automation solutions that improve speed, accuracy, and partner responsiveness.
Reporting, Insights & Value Realization
- Establish and track KPIs and performance metrics to measure the impact of transformation projects.
- Deliver insights and reports to leadership that quantify time savings, cost reductions, customer impact, and revenue influence.
- Ensure transparency of goals and outcomes through executive-ready dashboards and documentation.
Team Leadership
- Coach and develop a team of six direct reports, providing guidance on project execution, stakeholder engagement, and professional development.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and a continuous improvement mindset across the team and the organization.
Change Management & Adoption
- Lead change management efforts to ensure alignment, training, and adoption of new tools and processes across impacted teams.
- Facilitate workshops and design sessions to co-create solutions with business stakeholders.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in business transformation, operational improvement, or strategic project management.
- 3+ years leading teams with proven ability to coach and grow talent.
- Deep understanding of Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks (certification preferred).
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills; experience creating business cases and ROI-driven recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience with digital process automation, enterprise system integration (e.g., ERP/CRM), and partner enablement strategies.
Skills That Will Help You Succeed Even More
- Experience in distribution, supply chain, or B2B technology businesses.
- Familiarity with tools like Power Automate, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Proficiency in business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and project management systems (e.g., Asana, Jira, Smartsheet).
