    • United States (USD): Zone A: $232,000 - $319,000; Zone B: $220,000 - $303,000; Zone C: $205,000 - $287,000
    • Canada (CAD): $263,400 - $362,700 (Note: For sales roles, these are On Target Earnings (OTE) ranges including base salary and commission target. Specific pay is determined by location, experience, knowledge, qualifications, and skills.)

We are seeking a Partner Enablement Lead to drive profitability for our Partners, their clients, and Webflow. This role focuses on designing scalable enablement programs for Agency Partners to accelerate revenue growth, reduce time-to-proficiency, and build sustainable business models around the Webflow platform. You will collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Education teams to transform how agencies leverage Webflow and establish it as the platform of choice for agency growth.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable enablement programs focused on business model development, agency service offerings, and go-to-market strategies for Webflow practices.
  • Create and deliver training content, certification programs, and enablement resources to enhance partner adoption, technical proficiency, and co-sell readiness.
  • Establish effective co-selling frameworks and processes to align the sales organization with Partner Management motions, aiming to maximize partner revenue.
  • Lead cross-functional initiatives with Marketing, Education, Product, and GTM teams to ensure consistent messaging, positioning, and enablement throughout the Partner journey.
  • Analyze partner performance metrics to identify enablement needs and continuously refine programs for optimal business outcomes.
