Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute cast engagement programs (events, activities, recognition) that foster a positive workplace culture
  • Lead the development and implementation of engagement strategies aligned with HKDL priorities and values
  • Build strong cross-functional partnerships across Lines of Business (LoBs) to deliver cohesive, impactful programs
  • Serve as the strategic liaison between segment and HKDL to ensure consistent program delivery
  • Use employee surveys, data analysis, and feedback to generate insights and recommendations; report findings to stakeholders
  • Manage budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure efficient execution of engagement projects
  • Stay current on market and industry trends to continuously improve programs
  • Lead and develop a team of three direct reports
