Requirements

Candidates should possess 3+ years of experience in system operations and maintenance through direct client communication, native-level Japanese language skills in both oral and written form, the ability to accurately understand and meet customer requirements or propose alternative plans, and reading and writing English documents using a translator. It is also preferred to have experience configuring/supporting/implementing products such as CRM (Salesforce), Content Management Systems (SharePoint, Zinc MAPS, Documentum), and Java, along with around 4 years of relevant experience in the life sciences industry or technology vendors serving that industry.

Responsibilities

As a Managed Services Consultant, the individual will help keep up to date and implement new features within the Veeva product suite, work closely with customer business and IT staff to understand their requirements, think critically to design solutions for customer requests and potential needs, act as a customer liaison managing communication between implementation and maintenance teams, customer stakeholders, and internal Veeva Product teams, guide customers in adopting Veeva products and industry best practices, and drive change management methodology at customer sites transitioning from on-premises to SaaS solutions.
