Responsibilities

  • Ensure execution of related promotion plans according to market strategies during the promotion cycle; cooperate with regional sales teams on academic activities such as city meetings, hospital meetings, and KOL activities
  • Closely cooperate with the marketing department to ensure all promotional materials align with product positioning and convey the latest product information
  • Train and communicate with representatives on disease knowledge, product application, and competitor information to effectively pass information to customers
  • Through co-visits with sales teams, gather customer feedback, help sales resolve product-related issues, and address important problematic customers
  • Maintain KOL relationships, establish effective and professional relationships to support brand medical and market promotion, and support entry into medical insurance catalog
  • Apply for and control regional market budgets
  • Provide feedback to the central marketing department on regional market conditions and competitor situations
  • When national strategies are executed regionally and adjustments are needed, provide suggestions to the company; recommend emerging KOLs to the central marketing department for future development
