Responsibilities

  • Oversee leasing, marketing, and training efforts across a portfolio of Student Housing communities
  • Partner with Regional Managers, Community Managers, and onsite teams to establish leasing goals
  • Execute strategic marketing plans to achieve budgeted occupancy targets
  • Provide leadership to leasing teams, driving performance in leasing, marketing, and resident engagement
  • Ensure the effectiveness of staff through ongoing training, coaching, and guidance
  • Achieve the highest possible net operating income through effective cost control and revenue improvement
  • Develop yearly marketing budgets/forecasts
  • Develop and implement resident retention programs
  • Develop new relationships and strengthen existing relationships with business contacts and vendors
  • Mentor community team members on leasing and marketing skills and concepts
