Candidates should have a multi-year track record with marketing automation technology such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, or Sendgrid, and ideally possess knowledge of HTML/CSS. A proven success in working with cross-functional teams, particularly Product and Data, to achieve shared goals based on data-informed hypotheses is essential. The ideal candidate is a thoughtful, critical thinker with a systematic approach to problem-solving, demonstrating scrappiness and a willingness to learn quickly for continuous iteration and experimentation. An understanding of acquisition, activation, engagement, and retention strategies, including customer journeys, lifecycle marketing (CRM), marketing automation, and relevant metrics, is required. The ability to digest ambiguous data, communicate critical insights, and ask pertinent questions due to robust analytical skills is also necessary.
The Lifecycle Marketing Manager will own the strategy and implementation of end-to-end lifecycle marketing initiatives across Felix Health, developing and executing activation, engagement, retention, and win-back initiatives. They will create a dynamic and personalized customer lifecycle experience tailored to each user's journey and key behaviors. This role involves executing end-to-end lifecycle marketing campaigns by defining target audiences and developing communication strategies across multiple channels, including email, push notifications, SMS, and in-app messages through Iterable. Responsibilities also include continuously optimizing performance through A/B testing, identifying and applying best practices for measurement, analysis, and testing to discover new opportunities, and providing recommendations for improved customer experience. The manager will collaborate with marketing, creative, engineering, and analytics peers to define objectives, develop marketing strategy, lead campaign development, and scale lifecycle technology and processes, bringing thought-leadership in all aspects of lifecycle marketing.
