About the Role

We are seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager to support and optimize our lifecycle marketing programs. This role involves managing moderate to large-scale projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive and analytical marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can work autonomously, escalating complex challenges as needed.

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and optimize lifecycle marketing programs across email, push, and in-app messaging.
  • Execute A/B tests and experimentation to improve campaign performance and customer engagement.
  • Analyze campaign performance metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to refine messaging, timing, and targeting.
  • Support the development and refinement of campaign ideas, working closely with creative and technical teams.
  • Implement audience segmentation strategies to personalize customer journeys.
  • Deploy and optimize campaigns with limited guidance, proactively identifying inefficiencies and improving processes.
  • Contribute to lifecycle marketing strategy discussions and support campaign planning and execution.
