Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated B2B lifecycle marketing strategies to engage, retain, and grow restaurant and diner audiences
  • Manage the full spectrum of lifecycle marketing efforts, including onboarding, retention, and loyalty programs
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Sales, and Customer Experience teams to build a seamless customer journey
  • Leverage customer insights to segment, personalize, and optimize campaigns for lifecycle initiatives
  • Set and track KPIs and metrics to assess the effectiveness of lifecycle programs
  • Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement
  • Report to Senior Lifecycle & Product Marketing Manager and provide regular updates on program performance
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and consistency across marketing initiatives
  • Develop and maintain relationships with restaurant partners and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve marketing strategies
