Position Overview

Solace is a healthcare advocacy marketplace that connects patients and families to experts who help them understand and take charge of their personal health.

As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Solace, you will be instrumental in elevating every facet of communication with our patients and advocates. This role involves day-to-day operations across lifecycle marketing, including tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows, developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars, coordinating stakeholder communication, and managing operational email requests from intake through launch.

You will be a key partner in Quality Assurance (QA) across email, SMS, and push channels by collaborating closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure an accurate, error-free experience. You will also contribute to ongoing analysis by pulling and organizing performance data from our reporting tools.

Success in this role means fostering a well-organized, smoothly run lifecycle program that delivers meaningful, well-timed communications customized to each member's experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing while collaborating with marketing operations, content, product, and data teams to bring impactful work to life.

What You Bring to the Table

  • Bias toward action and execution: An exceptional craving for momentum, thriving on timelines that would be unrealistic for most others.
  • Comfort with ambiguity: A refined palate for controlled chaos.
  • Consumer-oriented intuition: Understanding what it takes to create delightful, consumer-focused experiences to acquire and retain customers.
  • Great communication skills: Ability to work across departments to bring marketing visions to life.
  • 2+ years of professional experience in consumer lifecycle, email, or other marketing roles.
  • Project coordination or project management experience: Especially in cross-functional environments involving marketing, product, data, or content stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM platforms: Experience with Customer.io is a plus, including working with complex segmentation or personalization logic.
  • Data organization and analysis: Ability to organize and work with performance data through experience pulling reports and metrics for tracking and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented and foundational work: Comfortable diving into the details and handling foundational work that ensures efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Highly organized: Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, with strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues early.
  • Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, journey flows, audience segments, or dynamic content in CRM or email platforms.
  • Experience creating or evolving trackers and documentation.
