Requirements

Familiarity with email marketing tools or CRM platforms like Customer.io, including working with complex segmentation or personalization logic, is necessary. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable with ambiguity, and possesses strong communication skills. Hands-on experience executing email campaigns, journey flows, audience segments, or dynamic content, and creating or evolving trackers and documentation are also required.

Responsibilities

The Lifecycle Marketing Associate will be involved in tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows, developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars, and coordinating stakeholder communication. This role also involves owning operational email requests from intake through launch and performing quality assurance across email, SMS, and push channels. The associate will contribute to ongoing analysis by pulling and organizing performance data from reporting tools, ensuring a well-organized and smoothly run lifecycle program that delivers meaningful, well-timed, and customized communications.
