As a Lifecycle Marketing Associate at Solace, you will be instrumental in elevating every facet of communication with our patients and advocates. This role involves day-to-day operations across lifecycle marketing, including tracking and executing cross-functional project workflows, developing and maintaining trackers, documentation, and calendars, coordinating stakeholder communication, and managing operational email requests from intake through launch.
You will be a key partner in Quality Assurance (QA) across email, SMS, and push channels by collaborating closely with Marketing and other teams to ensure an accurate, error-free experience. You will also contribute to ongoing analysis by pulling and organizing performance data from our reporting tools.
Success in this role means fostering a well-organized, smoothly run lifecycle program that delivers meaningful, well-timed communications customized to each member's experience. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their marketing career to gain hands-on experience in lifecycle marketing while collaborating with marketing operations, content, product, and data teams to bring impactful work to life.
