Requirements

Sharp attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and excellent communication skills are also required.

Responsibilities

The CRM Coordinator will coordinate and execute campaigns in CRM channels such as email, mobile push, and SMS, code emails within HTML templates, execute push and SMS campaigns, facilitate the campaign production pipeline, create and maintain audience lists, proof and QA campaigns, track and analyze campaign performance, support A/B testing initiatives, support the team with ad-hoc requests, and maintain knowledge of best practices, tools, and industry trends.
