Responsibilities

As the Lead Talent Partner, the individual will lead the full recruitment process in both the USA and Canada, encompassing sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and hiring senior technical roles, particularly in Product Management and Engineering, while upholding a people-first culture. They will serve as the primary contact for hiring managers and related teams, develop recruiting plans to expand the candidate pool, proactively search for passive candidates, maintain recruitment systems like Greenhouse, and provide feedback to improve processes. Additionally, they will ensure compliance with North American employment laws, conduct regular audits of job postings, and champion the company's commitment to a people-first culture through recruitment-marketing initiatives, reporting to the Director of Operations.
