Candidates should have 8+ years of experience in Product, Product Consulting, Solutions Engineering, Enablement, or related roles. A proven track record of Procore product knowledge is essential, along with a strong understanding of the product lifecycle and the ability to support different teams in maximizing product knowledge. Expertise in developing and implementing successful training and enablement programs is required, as well as excellent presentation and communication skills, strong project management abilities, and the capacity to translate complex product information into engaging materials. High initiative, self-motivation, strong interpersonal skills, and attention to detail are also necessary.
The Solutions Engineering & Product Enablement Partner will develop and deliver comprehensive enablement programs for GTM teams, including onboarding and ongoing training. They will collaborate with Product, Marketing, and SE leadership to ensure training content aligns with product roadmaps and go-to-market strategies. Responsibilities include creating, auditing, and maintaining enablement content such as product guides and battlecards, leading live and virtual training sessions, and keeping GTM teams updated on new product features and industry trends. The role involves equipping customer-facing teams with the tools and messaging to effectively present product offerings, analyzing enablement data to measure program effectiveness, and managing cross-functional enablement projects. Additionally, the partner will create and enhance new hire ramp plans and training materials, and gather feedback to refine programs and improve learner experience.
