Requirements
Candidates should have over 5 years of full lifecycle technical recruiting experience and a proven track record of building strong partnerships with Engineering teams and stakeholders. Experience with Greenhouse is required, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while adjusting priorities is essential. While the role is based in Austin, Texas, remote possibilities are being considered for qualified candidates.
Responsibilities
The Technical Recruiter will manage the end-to-end hiring process, collaborating with executives and org leaders to understand hiring needs. This includes sourcing qualified candidates, reviewing resumes, pre-screening applicants, and managing the interview pipeline. The role also involves organizing interview debriefs, partnering with People Ops for onboarding, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. The recruiter will report to the Manager of Recruiting.
