Requirements

Responsibilities

The E-commerce Associate will create and update content and copy for products across the site, ensuring standardization, accuracy, and brand-appropriate presentation. They will partner with the SEO agency to manage blog uploads, collaborate with the Ops team on product upsell opportunities, A/B testing, and catalog management. This role involves supporting the e-commerce team with promotions and marketing campaigns, monitoring and reporting on weekly site search data, and maintaining accurate documentation for website updates and operational processes. The associate will also stay informed about industry trends and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency.
