Preferred qualifications include a Scrum Master Certification, Project Management Certification, healthcare industry experience, and an understanding of software development and resource allocation.

Responsibilities

The Senior Manager will support the planning, coordination, and tactical execution of IT projects and programs, developing presentations and content for leadership forums. They will run programs with budgets exceeding $8 million, drive planning activities, and ensure appropriate project deliverables are created and maintained. This role involves interfacing and communicating directly with senior leaders, overseeing timeline development and tracking with partners, and monitoring multiple project lifecycles. Responsibilities also include managing projects using CVS agile methodology, partnering with other Project Leads to coordinate progress and identify risks, interfacing with other projects to modify plans for coordination, defining and acquiring necessary resources, conducting project reviews, communicating project status, forecasting resource allocations, and overseeing other Agile Management resources and contractors.
