The Product Marketing Manager will develop foundational knowledge of Carrot's products and industry, staying current on trends and the competitive landscape. They will conduct research to support positioning, messaging, and go-to-market activities, and draft project plans for launches and campaigns. Responsibilities include developing customer-focused positioning and messaging, translating technical features into compelling stories, and executing product/feature launches in partnership with cross-functional teams. The role also involves creating enablement materials, supporting demo environments, facilitating feedback loops, leveraging customer insights, and assessing campaign performance. The Product Marketing Manager will demonstrate curiosity, a solutions-oriented mindset, and the ability to deliver high-quality outcomes in a dynamic environment.
