Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Science, a related quantitative field, or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of experience in sales/revenue operations, marketing analytics, or a similar data-focused role
  • Advanced proficiency in Tableau for data visualization and dashboard creation
  • Strong expertise in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
  • Experience with Salesforce data
  • Proven experience working with large datasets and complex data structures
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences, including senior leadership
  • Experience in the ad tech or SaaS industry is a plus
  • Experience with databases such as Snowflake, Redshift, or similar is a plus
  • Experience with dbt is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau to visualize GTM performance
  • Support the development, reporting, and analysis of key company metrics used by the C-Suite and presented to the Board of Directors
  • Extract, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams and leadership to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth analysis of sales activity and pipeline metrics
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and data automation to enhance reporting efficiency
  • Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders across the organization, including GTM leadership
