Responsibilities

  • Build predictive models to forecast visit volume, therapist supply needs, and onboarding throughput aligned with growth goals
  • Integrate and interpret data across multiple acquisition channels — including health systems, physician referrals, and direct-to-consumer sources
  • Develop automated dashboards and reports visualizing market health, utilization, and performance trends for leadership visibility
  • Model unit economics and market-level profitability to guide operational and recruitment decisions
  • Monitor patient and therapist retention, churn, and return rates to improve forecast accuracy and inform LTV models
  • Partner with Finance, Operations, and Analyst teams to deliver consistent, actionable business insights and alignment
  • Support ad hoc analyses to answer strategic questions around access, engagement, and expansion priorities
