The Technical Product Support and Services Engineer will provide first-class post-sales support to SailPoint's customers, managing strategic accounts and ensuring full support throughout their journey with SailPoint's solutions. This role involves assisting the Support and Services Manager and collaborating with regional Support Engineers, Technical Account Managers, and Escalation Managers to plan for growth and meet business needs. Responsibilities include participating in open communication, suggesting improvements for team effectiveness, assisting in reviewing goals and team metrics, and promptly managing customer case escalations.
