Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in software support, customer service, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in web development tools, such as browser dev tools, and SQL
  • Experience with data analysis and visualization tools, such as Jira, Intercom, or Mixpanel
  • Familiarity with cloud-based applications, such as SSO and entitlements
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve inbound tickets (Intercom/Jira) and on-app feedback
  • Troubleshoot methodically to isolate problems, using browser dev tools, logs, and basic SQL
  • Verify seat/domain settings, resolve "unentitled" states, and coordinate with admins to fix access misconfigurations
  • Run smoke tests after monthly data updates to validate key Signals metrics render and export correctly
  • Write and maintain user-facing help articles and internal playbooks
  • Collaborate with Application Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to turn frontline insights into product improvements
  • Partner closely with Application Engineering, Data Engineering, and Product teams to resolve issues and improve the Signals web app
  • Participate in incident response and escalation based on runbooks
  • Contribute to knowledge base and runbooks to improve user experience and support
  • Stay up-to-date with new technologies, tools, and methodologies, and apply knowledge to improve support processes
