The candidate must be a US Citizen and possess proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Bash, along with experience in at least one additional programming language like C#, Angular, SQL, Typescript, Java, or JavaScript. Experience with data manipulation of structured and unstructured data, including data exchange, transformation, developing REST APIs, and custom scripts, is required. Hands-on experience accessing and integrating with commercial software platforms via documented APIs is also necessary, as is familiarity with Python-based frameworks, with bonus points for Django and/or Flask experience.
The Senior Technical Solutions Engineer will serve as the technical expert in customer engagements, focusing on driving platform adoption and delivering measurable customer outcomes by utilizing RegScale's technology to address security, risk, and compliance challenges. Responsibilities include providing post-sales onboarding assistance, participating in solution workshops, developing Python scripts for data loading and integration, creating and documenting product integration scripts, developing technical solutions and demonstrating the platform, delivering customer training, capturing and communicating customer technical requirements to the Product team, supporting product development by piloting new features, enabling the Customer Success team with technical training, collaborating with Customer Success to support existing customers and identify expansion opportunities, and providing responsive technical support to customers.
