Responsibilities

  • Grow sales and profitability of product lines by championing the Connected Collections strategy
  • Identify, evaluate, and define key markets and trends affecting product lines to drive growth
  • Coordinate activities and build relationships with key partners/customers to identify and drive growth projects
  • Cultivate key account relationships integral to the growth strategy and deliver the strategic plan
  • Work closely in specific markets/industries to foster relationships and spearhead sales in new markets and segments
  • Identify and communicate industry trends, insights, and key market data
  • Develop a strategic plan with relevant timelines and resources
  • Construct meaningful long-term dealer development initiatives/partnerships with key industry players
  • Support the Key Account Manager (KAM) with order creation/accuracy, coordinate and update order board/delivery status, and site start-up activities
  • Develop and map multi-level strategic relationships required to specify, sell, and approve
  • Demonstrate and communicate strong applied knowledge of all product lines in customer applications and identify current/potential uses
  • Develop proposals positioning ESG for success aligned across OEM/market alternatives
  • Identify opportunities for customer differentiation and develop joint programs to grow the customer, composites use, and ESG revenues
  • Ensure customer needs are met in the transactional process and work with other departments to meet product/service metrics
  • Ensure ESG values are demonstrated in every transaction based on understanding and execution of policies/procedures
  • Capture market and industry intelligence from business and technical perspectives, manage new business projects, assemble business cases, and demonstrate project management skills
  • Assume product management role by determining product needs (additions, refinements, deletions) through VOC/gated development process
  • Work closely with the Key Account Manager to support sales growth, strategic account initiatives, and customer experience
  • Manage key account functions under KAM’s direction to meet, document, and communicate strategic initiatives
  • Establish own relationships within the account to augment KAM’s position and maximize account success
  • Support dealer development initiatives to enhance ESG’s account position
