The position requires regular visits to exchange locations and travel to accounts in assigned territories, as well as to tradeshows, sales meetings, and key account visits.

Responsibilities

The Key Account Manager is responsible for driving Brooks product sales and growth within their designated key accounts in a specific market/region. This includes managing seasonal sell-in and in-season sell-through across footwear, apparel, accessories, and socks, generating strong and consistent growth results against annual goals in revenue and profit. They will collaborate with sales management to deliver yearly strategic sales goals for accounts, achieve and analyze backlog goals, and create backend support through bulk process management and forecasting. The role involves managing inventory levels, monitoring sell-through percentages to drive replenishment and maintain orders, and developing monthly business reviews. They will influence external key stakeholders to create seasonal brand and product initiatives, develop and lead seasonal product presentations, and collaborate cross-functionally on sales programs via grassroots events. The Key Account Manager will partner with local Brooks Gurus to ensure alignment on revenue and marketing plans, build and strengthen relationships with key internal stakeholders, and be the expert on their key account, providing field feedback. They will also build and maintain long-term strategic relationships within the US military branches, represent the company at military industry days and related events, and visit exchange locations regularly to support and drive sell-through initiatives.
